Shipping Costs

Shipping is $5 flat rate (per shipment) for US contiguous states. Outside of contiguous USA will display shipping cost.

How much is the box?

Boxes are $29.99 USD per month as a Subscription. 

Can I purchase one box and not subscribe?

Unfortunately, it is currently only offered as a monthly subscription.  However, you are welcome to cancel at any time (following the cancellation guidelines).

Can I ship multiple boxes to multiple addresses?

Yes, each address needs to be placed as a separate order. 

Can I purchase this as a gift and have it shipped to someone else?

Yes! Just fill out their ship-to address at checkout.

Can I return a box? 

Please contact customerservice@sexylingeriebox.com to request return authorization. If the box is received in unused and re-sellable condition we will refund you the cost of the box, less shipping, duty and taxes.  Please see details in Refund & Return Policy. 

How can I become a vendor?  

If you feel that you have a product or products that would be a great fit for SLB, please contact us at customerservice@sexylingeriebox.com.

Can I recommend a vendor? 

Absolutely! If you would like to recommend a vendor or product for SLB, please email us at customerservice@sexylingeriebox.com with the product, company and contact details. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers will be responsible to pay taxes and duties to the carrier which are due upon delivery.

When are subscription cut-off dates?

SLB renewals occur on or around the 10th of each month (20 days prior to the 1st of the upcoming month). 

When will I be charged for a Subscription? 

You first are billed upon initial sign up. Then, you are billed on the 15th of each month, and each subsequent renewal date from there.

When does the box ship?

The subscription box ships monthly on or around the 1st of each month

Orders placed after the cutoff of the 10th of each month (20 days prior to the upcoming 1st of the month) will not be shipped on the upcoming 1st of the month, but on the subsequent 1st of the month. 

Delivery may take up to 3-7 business days from the day your box is shipped. International shipping may take up to 10 business days (or more). We do our best to be very prompt with shipping, but once the box leaves our warehouse, it's out of our control. 

Can I track my order?

Yes if you would like to track your order you will be able to download the Shop app to track your order when you receive your order confirmation.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update. 

Can I skip a box?

Absolutely! Login to access your account. Once logged in, click "Manage Subscriptions" then "Edit" under your Active Subscription.  Click "Skip Shipment" and go through the prompts.

Will my products or box be the as I've seen in photos?

Not every customer will get the same products each month, as we will have a small variety of styles each month.
